QPM is looking to hire "Contract Administration, Service Delivery" for a very esteemed client in Qatar who can coordinate tender submissions, evaluation to award etc

Candidate must have
• Minimum 10 year's hand-on experience in procurement (tender management).
• Desire experience in developing tenders/bids. 
• Proven competencies in project and / or commercial management
• Experience of building relationships with and influencing a range of people at all levels within and outside the organization.
