Job description
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and other service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, or needs, using the application or direct contact.
- Oversee all communications within specifically assigned regions.
- Monitor personnel and/or vehicle locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules on the ground and ERP system.
- Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from operation crews and supervisors necessary to achieve successful execution of job orders using the application.
- Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, and other dispatch information using the ERP system.
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze the preventive maintenance services execution for Vehicles within specifically assigned region.
- Monitor and direct the fleet personnel to comply with the health and safety policies and procedures.
